Together that is 94 residences across the city, and each building has its own character and its own collection of homes.
How much does a stay cost?
Every residence is priced for your exact dates: the rate appears when you reserve through the secure checkout, before anything is charged. Booking direct means no third-party fees are ever added on top.
What concierge services do you offer?
Our concierge arranges yacht charters from 27 to 177 feet through Yachts MiamiVice, chauffeured Sprinter transfers for arrivals and around-town runs, private chefs for in-residence dining from breakfast to a full dinner party, and fully produced and staffed events and brunches. Tell the team what you have in mind and they will have it ready around your stay.
