This listing is for two separate 2-bedroom penthouse residences located on the 63rd floor. When booked together, guests receive access to both units, creating a rare full-floor penthouse experience. All guests must be registered prior to arrival in accordance with building requirements. A valid ID, guest information, and completion of any required check-in or verification steps may be required before access is provided. Building amenities, rooftop areas, pools, restaurants, lounges, spa, gym, and other shared spaces are controlled by the building and may be subject to availability, operating hours, maintenance, private events, fees, capacity limits, or other building rules. On Site parking is available only through the buildings Valet which is $60 Per night with in and out privileges OR $35 for up to 6 hours. This is paid directly to the buildings valet on site and we have no control over the rate. Off site street parking or private garages are available within 2 blocks of the building as well. This is a luxury residential building, not a party house. Guests are expected to respect the residences, neighbors, staff, and all building policies at all times.
